Apologies for writing in English, but my Dutch are very poor.
I ordered a bunk bed, which was never delivered and I asked my money back. I have not received them yet (after 2 weeks, which is their entitled reaction time) and they are coming with similar excuses mentioned by others (her husband is sick). I don't have any information on when they intend to credit them.
